Questions about the carnival?  Here's some FAQ's to help!

 

 

When and Where is the Carnival? 

 

Friday, May 9th from 6:00-8:00 PM at Blue Sage Elementary.

The Blue Sage Annual Carnival is one of our biggest fundraisers for the year where we gather for an evening of fun. You can expect:

How much are tickets and food?

 

Presale will be between April 14th- May 2nd exclusively here on the BSE PTO Website.

  • Presale Admission Fees: $15 per child. Adults and children 3 and under are free.
  • Day of Event Admission Fees: $20 per child. Adults and children 3 and under are free.

 

Food trucks will be available onsite along with snacks for sale by PTO.

 

Day of ticket purchases to accepted via cash or card.  Food trucks will take either cash or card.

 

 

 

What Food and Snacks Items will be available?

 

Come hungry because we will have three food trucks on hand for dinner and snacks on sale by the PTO as well. The concession stand will have popcorn, cotton candy and bottled water (while supplies last).

What are the Raffle Item (Day of Carnival Raffle) and/or Silent Auction Items? 

 

This year we will be offering both a silent auction and raffle drawing (Day of Carnival Raffle). Prizes such as a Hilboy S2 Electric Scooter, Modular Play Couch, Rambler 12 Razor, Beats Solo 4 Wireless Headphones, or a Full Family Photo Session will be raffled off at the Carnival on May 9th. Follow updates on our Facebook page or Website on items you can win! 

 

Please write your name and phone number on the back of each ticket. We will draw winners at 7:45 PM and contact you if your name is drawn!

 

 

 

What is the difference between the Class Perks Daily Raffle ticket and the Day of Carnival Raffle Ticket?

 

The Class Perks Daily Raffle tickets are for a student raffle that will be occurring in the morning during the Carnival Week (May 5th- May 9th).  You can pre-purchase Class Perks Daily Raffle tickets on our BSE PTO website OR your student can purchase tickets before school May 5th-9th from our Student Council volunteers (raffle ticket table located by the front office).  Then each morning before the Bear Broadcast, students can enter to win one of five class prizes: Chick-Fil-A Party for their class, Cold Stone Creamery Party for their class, Donut Party for their class, Pizza Party for their class or Extra Recess for their Class!  Winners will be announced daily on the Bear Broadcast.  If BSE students can raise over $3,000 then a teacher from each grade will be participating in an inflatable costume race!  The winner's grade receives an extra recess!  If Mr. Fickle wins the race then the WHOLE SCHOOL gets an extra recess!!! 

 

In contrast, the Day of Carnival Raffle Tickets are purchased for the raffle items that will be displayed during the actual Carnival Event (on May 9th).  You can purchase these tickets for your chance at winning one of several larger raffle prize items during the Carnival.  Items such as a Hilboy S2 Electric Scooter, Modular Play Couch, Rambler 12 Razor, Beats Solo 4 Wireless Headphones, or a Full Family Photo Session.

 

 

 

Do my kids have to attend Blue Sage and/or be present to win the raffle?

 

Nope! If you know someone at Blue Sage and want to buy raffle tickets to try to win a prize, simply put their name as the person receiving your raffle tickets on the checkout form.

They can collect your raffle tickets on the day of the event on your behalf.

 

We will post the winning numbers on our Facebook page if you’re unable to claim the night of the Carnival.

Where do I pick up Presale orders?

 

No need to leave your house!! Presale orders will be placed in your student’s Friday Folder on May 2nd.
